I experimented with this technique a while back in 2009 October last year. Wow time has really past.
This design is created by using the Nail Art stamping and metal plate technique. I'm sure if you google it or put it into youtube, you'll find loads of tutorials.
I used Metallic Royal Purple as a base colour and black for the circles.
