There are no excuses except for laziness. I have yet to confront this problem I have with being lazy and pure procrastination.
I got to get off my ass and start crossing things off this list I have!

Black Bottom Cupcakes
This is a picture of the Black Bottom cupcakes that I made about 2 months ago, I just never got round to posting about it.
The cake is Chocolate and Cream Cheesecake based so it is a moist and quite filling cupcake to eat. I didn't put any cream frosting on the top because I thought that it would make it even more filling, even-though it would have looked a lot prettier with the cream frosting and chocolate powder sprinkled on top as decoration.
I don't do any baking from the top of my head. I use the Hummingbird Bakery book that I have. It's a good book to have if you like baking, however there are some ingredients that you can tweak yourself after a few trials of baking.
I think it's time to bake again soon...
